4.3 Tax Deductibility

4.4 Refund Policy

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The My Confessions platform, AI responses, and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

My Confessions and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of donations you have made in the past 12 months.
